4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 steaks (your preferred cut)
Fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or parsley), chopped
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
★Instructions
Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add a bit of oil and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant.
Stir in the fresh herbs and cook for another minute.
