Roasted garlic mushrooms recipe
★Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Chicken:
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps the marinade adhere better.
Make the Marinade:
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for best results. If you’re in a hurry, even 15 minutes will add some flavor.
Bake the Chicken:
Transfer the marinated chicken breasts to a baking dish. Pour any remaining marinade over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
Rest the Chicken:
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve with your favorite sides like roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
Enjoy!
