★Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops (about 3/4 inch thick)

4 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

2 teaspoons soy sauce

★Instructions

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add chopped garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning the honey garlic sauce over them.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 5-7 minutes, until pork chops are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Serve with your choice of roasted veggies, salad, potato puree, buttered corn, glazed carrots, rice, or crusty bread.

Enjoy!
