★Ingredients
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 pound of ground beef
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 (24-ounce) jar of marinara sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Cooked pasta (optional, for serving)
★Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the meatballs in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs, making sure they are all coated.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve the meatballs and sauce over cooked pasta, if desired.
Enjoy!
