Prepare hot fudge brownies

2 cups (400g) granulated sugar

1 cup (225g) unsalted butter

4 large eggs

3/4 cup (90g) cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour

1 cup (175g) chocolate chips

1/2 teaspoon salt

Hot fudge sauce (store-bought or homemade)

★Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar until well combined.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Mix in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
