1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
★Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season them lightly with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken breasts, spreading it evenly to coat each piece.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and bubbly.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
