★Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, garlic powder, and dried herbs.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s well coated with the flour mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
