★Instructions
Crust Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
Cheesecake Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add in the sugar and beat until well combined.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the vanilla extract, sour cream, and flour until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
