Strawberry bombs

★Ingredients

1 pint fresh strawberries

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

Melted chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

★Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries:
  • Wash and hull the strawberries, removing the stem and creating a small cavity in the center of each strawberry.
  1. Make the Filling:
  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and creamy.
  1. Fill the Strawberries:
  • Using a piping bag or a small spoon, fill each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to overfill.
  1. Optional Coating:
  • Roll the filled strawberries in graham cracker crumbs for a delightful crunch and added flavor.
  1. Drizzle with Chocolate:
  • Melt the chocolate and drizzle it over the filled strawberries for an extra touch of decadence.
  1. Garnish:
  • If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  1. Chill and Serve:
  • Place the filled strawberries in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill before serving.
