Watermelon Salad

★Ingredients

4 cups watermelon, cubed

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

★Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
  • Cube the watermelon and place it in a large bowl.
  • Dice the cucumber and thinly slice the red onion, adding them to the watermelon.
  • Crumble the feta cheese and chop the fresh mint leaves.
  1. Mix the Salad:
  • Add the feta cheese and mint leaves to the bowl with the watermelon, cucumber, and onion.
  • Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the ingredients.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
