★Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the zucchini: Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Lay them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season the zucchini: In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with olive oil. Brush this mixture over the zucchini slices. Season with salt, pepper, dried oregano, and dried basil.
- Add the cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly over the zucchini slices.
- Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil before serving.
