Ultra easy lemon cookies

★Ingredients

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

1 package (about 15.25 oz) lemon cake mix

1 large egg

1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for extra lemon flavor)

Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Meat broth with frozen vegetables

★Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, melted butter, and egg. Mix until well combined. If you’re using lemon juice, add it to the mixture.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  5. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar if desired.
