★Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Foil: Lay out 4 large pieces of aluminum foil, each large enough to wrap around a salmon fillet.
  3. Prepare Marinade: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried oregano, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Assemble Packets:
  • Place a salmon fillet in the center of each piece of foil.
  • Drizzle the olive oil mixture over each fillet, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Top each fillet with 2-3 lemon slices.
  1. Seal Packets: Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, covering completely and sealing the packets closed.
  2. Bake: Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Serve: Carefully open the foil packets (beware of hot steam) and transfer the salmon to plates. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Enjoy!
