Ice cream recipe

★Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 cup whole milk

1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Meat broth with frozen vegetables

Creamy vanilla fudge

★Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ice Cream Base:
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  1. Chill the Mixture:
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Chilling the mixture ensures it churns into ice cream more efficiently.
  1. Churn the Ice Cream:
  • Pour the chilled mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. This usually takes about 20-25 minutes.
  1. Freeze the Ice Cream:
  • Once the ice cream has thickened and reached a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to an airtight container.
  • Place the container in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.
  1. Serve:
  • Scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and enjoy!

Tips:

  • For a richer flavor, you can use half-and-half instead of whole milk.
  • Add mix-ins like chocolate chips, fruit, or nuts during the last 5 minutes of churning.
  • If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can pour the mixture into a shallow dish, freeze it, and stir every 30 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.

Enjoy!
