★Instructions
- Mix Pineapple and Pudding:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the undrained crushed pineapple with the instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until well blended and the pudding mix is dissolved.
- Fold in Whipped Topping:
- Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the pineapple mixture until it is fully combined and fluffy.
- Assemble the Dessert:
- If you want to add a base layer, spread half of the crushed graham crackers at the bottom of a serving dish or individual cups.
- Spoon the pineapple mixture over the graham cracker base or directly into the serving dish/cups.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed graham crackers on top if you used them for the base.
- Optional Toppings:
- For added texture and flavor, sprinkle shredded coconut on top of the dessert.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries for a pop of color.
