Mini Cheese Meatloaves Recipe

★Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) ground beef

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup milk

1 small onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)

1 egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp dried thyme (optional)

1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)

Extra ketchup for topping

Meat broth with frozen vegetables

★Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with silicone muffin liners.
  2. Mix Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, milk, chopped onion, egg, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form Meatloaves:
    Divide the meat mixture evenly among the muffin tin cups. Press the mixture down to form mini meatloaves.
  4. Top with Ketchup:
    Add a small dollop of ketchup on top of each mini meatloaf and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake:
    Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatloaves are cooked through and have reached an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  6. Serve:
    Remove the mini meatloaves from the muffin tin and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite sides!
