1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme (optional)
1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
Extra ketchup for topping

★Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with silicone muffin liners. - Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, milk, chopped onion, egg, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano. Mix until well combined. - Form Meatloaves:
Divide the meat mixture evenly among the muffin tin cups. Press the mixture down to form mini meatloaves. - Top with Ketchup:
Add a small dollop of ketchup on top of each mini meatloaf and spread it evenly. - Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatloaves are cooked through and have reached an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). - Serve:
Remove the mini meatloaves from the muffin tin and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite sides!
