1 package (about 15.25 oz) lemon cake mix
1 large egg
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for extra lemon flavor)
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Meat broth with frozen vegetables
★Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, melted butter, and egg. Mix until well combined. If you’re using lemon juice, add it to the mixture.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar if desired.
