Creamy French Mustard Chicken

★Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons whole grain mustard

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon dried thyme

★Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine chicken broth, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, chopped onion, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
