Here’s a simple recipe for crispy baked cauliflower with a delicious sauce

Crispy Baked Cauliflower

★Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs (you can use regular or panko breadcrumbs)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Cooking spray or olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional Sauce

★Instructions

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure each floret is evenly coated.
  4. Place the coated cauliflower florets onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them to ensure they crisp up evenly.
  5. Lightly spray the cauliflower florets with cooking spray or drizzle them with olive oil. This will help them crisp up in the oven.
  6. Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the baking time for even browning.
  7. While the cauliflower is baking, you can prepare the optional sauce. Simply mix together the Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well combined. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
  8. Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Serve the crispy baked cauliflower hot with the optional sauce on the side for dipping.

Enjoy!
