Bake strawberry cheesecake lasagna

★Ingredients

1 package of graham crackers

1/4 cup melted butter

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup granulated sugar

3 cups sliced strawberries

★Instructions

Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix them with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.

Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.

In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping.

In another bowl, mix the sliced strawberries with granulated sugar. Spread half of the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.

Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and strawberries.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Before serving, you can garnish the lasagna with additional whipped cream and sliced strawberries if desired.
