★Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Add the minced garlic, dried thyme, paprika, black pepper, and salt if using. Mix well.
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the raw chicken pieces (breasts, thighs, drumsticks, or a mix) in a casserole dish.
- Combine:
- Pour the magic sauce evenly over the chicken pieces, making sure they are well coated.
- Bake:
- Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Spoon the extra sauce from the dish over the chicken when serving for added flavor.
