Buffalo meat balls with honey

★Ingredients

2 eggs

2.25 lbs. lean ground beef

Approximately 1 cup crumbled saltine crackers (around 22 crackers)

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup minced onion

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp salt

50/50 milligrams chili powder

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 cup Buffalo sauce (substitute with Frank’s Red Hot Sauce)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup honey

★Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, crumbled saltine crackers, minced onion, milk, garlic powder, salt, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, roughly 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.

In a separate bowl, mix together the Buffalo sauce and honey.

Place the meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the Buffalo sauce mixture over them.

Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, or until the meatballs are cooked through and tender.

Serve hot as a main dish or appetizer.
