Three Cheese Quiche Recipe

★Ingredients

1 9-inch pie crust (homemade or store-bought)

1/2 cup heavy cream

3 large eggs

1/3 cup full-fat milk

1 cup grated Gruyere cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 cup grated Swiss cheese

★Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, milk, and salt until well combined.

Sprinkle half of each cheese (Gruyere, Swiss, and cheddar) evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.

Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the quiche.
