Quick and crispy baked potatoes

★Ingredients

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 pound of baby potatoes (red or Yukon gold)

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon of paprika

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

★Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then cut them into halves or quarters depending on their size.

In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.

Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
