Potatoes and pork in a slow cooker

Ingredients

1 thinly sliced onion

4 cups thinly sliced potatoes (about 6 medium potatoes)

1.5 cups diced cooked ham

10 3/4 ounces (1 can) mushroom cream soup

1 cup crumbled cheddar cheese

1/2 cup milk

Instructions

Layer half of the potatoes, onion, ham, and cheese in a slow cooker.

Repeat layers.

In a separate bowl, mix mushroom soup and milk. Pour over layers in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
